A full scholarship is offered by the Scottish Government for PhD study at the University of Glasgow under its Hydro Nation Scholars Programme.  The PhD project entitled “Participation, Inclusion, Transparency, Integrity and Rights to Domestic Water Provision in Dar es Salaam.” Details of the project are to be found here The deadline for applications is January 10, 2019.
